A few specifics help your provider prepare an accurate written quote. You can add more in your own words.

• What is the approximate size of the work?
• Is access to the property straightforward?
• Photos of the work and access to the site

How pricing works

You get a written quote before you commit. It shows the scope, total price including GST, timing and terms. Nothing is booked until you accept it.

• Any deposit in your quote (usually 30%) is paid through Stripe and verified before you’re booked. A booking also needs your provider’s commitment and an agreed time.
• The balance is due once you confirm the work is complete.
• Changes to the scope need your written agreement first.

What happens next

1. Tell us about the job and add photos. It takes a few minutes.
2. We review the request and match it with a local provider.
3. Review your written quote, ask questions and accept when you’re happy.
4. Track the booking and confirm the finished work online.
